How do I join Southampton Summer Day Camp’s waitlist?
Fill out the WAITLIST FORM on the right with your camper(s) information. NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BE PLACED ON OUR WAITLIST.
How does Southampton Summer Day Camp’s waitlist work?
Your waitlist status is determined by your camper’s age, group, initial date of contact and session availability. We will reach out to you within 48 hours to make initial contact and be in touch if/when a spot becomes available for placement. If you are able to accept at that time you will be asked to complete our CAMPER ENROLLMENT FORM and submit a deposit.
How do you know your camper is enrolled at Southampton Summer Day Camp?
When your registration has been accepted & processed, you will receive a confirmation via email.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we continue to place campers from our WaitList to reach final enrollment.
SSDC 2022 Waitlist
Dear SSDC 2022 Parents, Campers and Staff Members,
We already are rounding the turn and heading full speed ahead toward the start of our 2022 SOUTHAMPTON SUMMER DAY CAMP SEASON! Our pools will be uncovered soon. All of our OCC elements, ( Zip Lines, Ninja Course, Ropes Courses, and equipment), will be inspected and ready for summer. This summer we will introduce our new 3-SIDED CLIMBING WALL.
As you may know we have been around since 1973 and are thrilled to enter our 48th camp season.
We cannot wait to get rolling and we are asking everyone, if you haven’t already, to complete a few online forms for your camper(s) by going to our website, (Current Families/Camp Forms), and submitting the following online forms:
- “Permanent” Camper Registration Form (Yes, this is different than the initial enrollment form)
- Official Camper Resume Form
- Hampy’s Kitchen Participation Form (Hampy’s Kitchen, which is where campers prepare their own treats from prepared recipes, may not happen but we will be ready to go if it can!)
- Camp Gear Order Form (This is key for us to prepare our camp shirt size order!). Our 2022 Anniversary Shirts, as well as an opportunity to order an SSDC Backpack and Gold or Brown Spirit Shirts.
You will also receive a link in the coming days to our 2022 COVID-19 WAIVER AGREEMENT form. This will be required to attend SSDC this summer.
SSDC ENROLLMENT FOR THE 2022 IS ESSENTIALLY FULL. We have a limited number of openings in select age groups. While we would love to welcome everyone and return to our camper enrollment numbers of past years, we must maintain the safety and quality of the SSDC experience designed for this year. We will be using our waitlist for any additional enrollment for 2022. The waitlist process and related information is available on this page.
We will be sending final invoices via email shortly. Balances are due in full on May 1, 2022. All previous bank and / or Credit Card information has been removed and discarded from our database thus, as always, we will not be taking any final payments automatically. You can pay your camp bill online by clicking on the secure link provided on your email, you can send in a check by mail, you can pay by phone, or you can arrange to pay in person by calling Bruce at 215-450-3272.
