FINANCIAL & REFUND POLICIES: 

All balances are due by May 1st, 2026.

All deposits and payments fully refundable (less credit card fees, if applicable) when written notice is postmarked or emailed by May 1, 2026. 

If cancellation notice is received May 2 – June 1, 2026 there will be a cancellation fee of $300 per camper. 

After June 1, no deposits/payments will be refunded. 

Accepted forms of payment: Checks, Cash, ACH (Electronic fund transfer from checking/savings), and Credit Card (VISA , MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMERICAN EXPRESS)

There will be a 3% processing fee on all credit card charges, credit card fees are non-refundable

There is no allowance, nor refund, for absences, missed days, late arrival, dismissal, or early withdrawal of camper.

Accounts that are not kept “current” with payment schedules will forfeit any Early Enrollment pricing discounts. All Early Enrollment accounts not paid in full by May 1, 2026 will forfeit Early Enrollment pricing discounts. 

All outstanding balances for tuition are due in full by May 1, 2026. Final parent mailing including your child’s assignment, bunk schedule and transportation will not be sent until balance and required paperwork is submitted and received.

SOUTHAMPTON SUMMER DAY CAMP 2026

ACCEPTANCE AND FORMS REQUIRED

All of the following are required for registration: (1) Household Form (2) Camper Profile Form (3) Camper Health History & Signed Medical Form (4) Hampy’s Kitchen Participation (5) Signed Waiver of Terms & Conditions 2026 (Please read this carefully) 

Parent represents to the Camp that the camper is in sound physical and mental health and fully able to participate in all Camp activities without the need of individual or specialized attention or medical regimen and that the camper’s health and/or behavior will not impinge or impact negatively on other campers or the Camp Program. New CIT or LIT applicants may be required to provide character references. Parent agrees to advise the Camp Directors promptly in writing of any change in the camper’s physical or mental health between the date of enrollment and the start of the Camp season as well as throughout the camp season. 

The Directors reserve the right to refuse or dismiss a camper, or cancel any camper enrollment if either the Camper’s Resume’ or Health History is deemed unsatisfactory, or whose physical or mental condition, conduct, influence or behavior, or parental influence is deemed unsatisfactory or detrimental to the best interests of the camp.

DISCOUNTS,  TRANSPORTATION POLICIES & SPECIAL REQUESTS: 

Sibling Discount: 2nd Child $200, 3rd Child $500

Transportation Discount of $200 is available for Parent Transportation (8 Weeks) during regular pick up.drop off times. If you select this option and desire to change to “Camp Transportation”, the camp must be notified in writing no later than May 1, 2026. There will be an additional fee of up to $350 for any transportation changes after June 1, 2026.

All special requests, i.e., bunking (grouping) must be submitted in the Camper Profile form, or sent to our camp office in writing, by March 1, 2026.  We will try to honor all requests when possible but will always defer to earliest received requests whenever conflicts arise. 

Written requests for placement with friends are subject to Directors’ approval and the best interests of the camper(s), the bunk, and the camp. Please consider the following when making bunk requests for your child NOT to be placed with another child: Due to the fact that other children with whom your child has been placed may have requested to be WITH the child that you do NOT want placed with yours, we will have to consider moving YOUR CHILD from his or her group of friends to honor your “not with” request. All bunk requests are treated with confidentiality whenever possible. 

Acceptance of Camper Enrollment is also based on transportation availability. It is virtually impossible to honor all transportation requests.

Extended care (7AM – 5:30PM) is available at an additional cost. To be a part of this program, transportation must be provided by the parent. 

If you select “Camp Transportation” and you want to pick your child up from camp on a particular day, you can pick them up before 3:00pm (before the gates close for bus load in/out), or you can sign them out from the USA lobby during regular pick up times (4:05-4:20pm). Of you need ton pick up after 4:20pm, you may utilize Extended Care for a drop in rate of $10/day

There will be a weekly charge of $35 per camper if a second pick up and/or drop off destination is requested and can be accommodated (aka a “2nd Seat/2nd Stop”)

The 2nd Seat/Stop option is required for all weeks that the camper is enrolled. For example, if you are enrolled for Any 6 Weeks, you must also sign up for a 2nd Seat/2nd Stop for all 6 weeks

All 2nd Seat/2nd Stop Calendars must be confirmed by May 1, 2026
